Heather joined Argos Capital Partners in 2015 and is currently Manager, Compliance. In her role, Heather maintains financial reports and administers the firm’s compliance program to ensure that Argos Capital Partners remains in compliance with Securities and Exchange (SEC) regulations. In addition, Heather collaborates with other teams to ensure completion of proper documentation for direct and client sourced investments.

Heather likes that her job has given her the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. She is exposed to new challenges every day, which helps her develop both professionally and personally. Heather feels valued as an employee due to the support and encouragement she receives from her coworkers and managers.

Prior to joining Argos Capital Partners, Heather worked for 18 years at Integrated Financial Solutions.
